1.   Start a Hyperlocal Business Page (several if you like). You could do this off a general business page, but if you want the real power, make it hyperlocal or NICHE specific. Don't brand it all about you. Make it about the area. Nobody cares about you when they are looking for home values or properties. Cover your licensing requirements and make sure the ABOUT section is still your legal contact info.

 

2.   Run TARGETED Facebook ads for that community that say "What's your _____ worth." and "Get a free hot list of _______ homes". Run these ads in your business page news feed, not the side column.

 

3.   Use a simple one-page registration that offers the value in exchange for their phone, address, email. One page, make it appealing. Force phone number registration or most will not bother.  Yes, you will still get fake numbers.  Explain that they will receive a report that fits their general area, average price range, current sales, recent sales, market changes.... but for a customer "their house" report, it would be best to CALL....

 

4.   Set your leads up on a Market Snapshot.  Add your home values requests to your direct mail campaign for long term cultivation.
